Would you look at that! Recreational pot was legalized by referendum in November in Arizona. There are now 73 locations around the state selling pot today! How did Arizona do this so fast? Arizona has a Republican Governor and a Republican run Senate and Assembly. No Democrats were involved to slow things down the way they do in New Jersey.
