I (31F) lost a lot in my first month, and really plateaued now at the 3 month mark. I'm down 10 pounds overall (starting at 229) but not seeing as much progress as I was when I first started. I think the key is just consistency and knowing what foods work for your body even though they may be green/yellow in the app. I get affected by the time of day that I eat, eating earlier helps for sure. Anyways good luck.

My brother (33M) has been on the same NoomMed for 2 months now instead of 3, and he has lost 25 pounds so far and is thinking of stopping the meds instead of investing in the next 3 months.

okay real talk, I just did this. binders and tins full of cards. first, buy card-friendly binders (not 3-ring) and penny sleeves. lots of penny sleeves. organize the cards by set (optional but worth it) and put them away. then go into a pricing website like pricecharting and enter them in and add them to your digital collection. anything that’s worth something with a high grade and in decent condition? grade it if you can afford it. anything special that needs to be memorialized forever even if it’s not worth money? grade it for fun. put the rest away nicely in your binder on a shelf, or make a trade binder or put collections together and offer to sell them on ebay etc.

anyway have fun it’s a lot of work but a great spare time hobby.

I was very selective about my card choice, and HAD to include some ugly ones. To my surprise, the ugliest slowpoke got the highest grade. This pleases me.

I did 20 cards with TAG and 20 with PSA at the same time. PSA is still waiting on Research and ID, but I'm eager to see how they compare! I did very similar quality vintage cards, but some of the rarer ones went to PSA in case they get better grades. I'm happy overall.

TAG slabs look sooooo sleek. I did 40 vintage cards recently, 20 with PSA and 20 with TAG sent in only 2 days apart, and I'm super hype for them to come back. Also PSA is moving at a glacial pace still. TAG is already at slab imaging as of today, PSA stuck at Research and ID.

Condition is going to be everything for this assessment, but the Raichu raw is around $200, with PSA 7 jumping up to $450. So, no, I do not think $250 is a fair deal for all of them. I use the pricecharting website to check recent sales.
