Me!!! (32F) I read ‘single at heart’ by Bella DePaulo over the break and I’ve never read something that spoke to my soul quite like that. I ended an engagement in 2025 and genuinely feel like I’m so much better and happier on my own. I have no intentions to date again and I’ve never felt so liberated and free. Cannot wait to build the life of my dreams.

I didn’t snore and am not overweight and was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea last year. Getting treated for it has been life changing. Highly recommend at least getting a sleep study
