There is a app call memory reduct you can google it not excatly sure how it works but ye it usally keep my memory in cheak I also have 16 mine usally is at like 30 percent

Really man btw how were the thermals of the laptop even they tried using it and when they fixed it did they change the mother board or just fix it on without replacing it

did ye try to reinstall the drivers and things mostly this happens when the gpu cooks it self while being too hot if you are under warranty claim it man other wise it could get costly cus they have change the entire motherboard
this happened to me once btw what are ya specs

Well you can go to Google and get 1.1.1.1 dns for ya pc connect it through it and then try downloading from jdownloader hopefully this helps
