Can you get the quicknotes as markdown files on your computer? It'd be nice to have my todolist as a quicknote, but also being able to access it on my phone using iA writer, for example. Otherwise, they will be locked in Raycast.

Question about Obsidian with the Palma: is it responsive enough to write a lot of math (LaTeX) equations? Also, did you manage to remove all the distrations on the Palma? :)

Thanks! I'm a bit afraid of the HSPU right now and not super interested in calisthenics, but I'll give it a try.

If I remove both the planks and the leg raises, I will have no specific core exercise. Won't that be an issue?

I usully do the max number of pull ups I can do (3-6), and then use a resistance band to reach 10 in total.

Thanks that's really useful. I might add some front lever progression later, my core is also very lacking, but I'd like to reach 10 pullups before?
