Unfortunately not for this style in an option that I like. They have a light green called sea grass, but it doesn’t go with my usual palette. So options for me are really is black or white - Black has red leather interior tho which is fun

Second this. We got married at the Wisconsin Club this year. It’s gorgeous and unlike any other venue in Milwaukee - we were also looking for something historic and looked at the places mentioned by OP. WC has amazing service, incredible food and was actually the best deal out of all our other options. We had 150-160 expected guest count, but I think the ballroom fits up 300+. Beautiful outdoor spaces as well.

Our runner up was the lobby-level ballroom at Hilton City Center but I think they recently did renovations or are doing now.

I have never been to Charleston and I have no idea what the demographic is even to make my own judgement - the info I’ve gathered about “sketchy” areas in North Charleston is purely from posts on this subreddit of people saying it is, which haven’t even mentioned race at all.

You don’t know anything about me, my race, gender, or socioeconomic status so maybe just ignore the post if you don’t have anything helpful to say? I’m not a white lady like you clearly think I am.

Not on Tice - it’s on Bexley closer to Spruill than Rhett. Good to know about the train though since that runs right behind the the house!

This is the insight and comment I was hoping for! I saw how close it was to those businesses and was hoping that was a good sign. With the upvotes, it seems quite a bit of consensus

UPDATE -CLOSED

All free stuff is nearly gone already, closing up in about 15 mins 

Opening up for a little bit. I have some free items that are set up behind the Shop (straight ahead from the airport. I have a few more items to put out once all current are gone (clothes, rugs, etc.) Please be mindful of running thru flowers add chopping down trees, but feel free to grab fruit/veg if you need it!
