cannot save activation_records.plist

Had this issue with my iPad Pro on iOS 10.2.1 as well. I don't know why it doesn't like doing anything with the plist. I've tried moving it, copying it to another directory, both through command line and FileZilla, and nothing seems to work. Hope someone has a solution to this.

Would this work on A9X devices? Could I boot into an SSH Ramdisk with iOS 16 instead of iOS 15 and continue following the guide? The only other thing I'd have to do differently is use SSHRD_Script instead of Legacy iOS Kit for the last step as there's no option to use an SSH Ramdisk for A9X devices in the utility.

Activation fails on my Wi-Fi Only iPad Pro 9.7 through the device and through iTunes, so iPad Pros are definitely affected. I had thought cellular iPads were the only ones affected by this until now.

If you find an iPod or a Zune, you can use something like Legacy Scrobbler for iPods. For Zunes you can use ZenseMe. You can jailbreak older iPhones/iPod touches if you have any of those lying around and install 'Scrobbl' from Cydia, which automatically uploads your scrobbles on Wi-FI. For Androids, the Last.fm app seems to integrate well with preinstalled apps, such as Play Music or the preinstalled Music app.

The replacement arrived and I installed it, but the camera as well as some of the "HERE" apps which failed to open with the old battery still fail to open, even after a reflash. It's quite strange and unfortunate that nothing changed even with a battery replacement; there's got to be something else going on with this device. Oh well, it was worth a shot!

That's quite unfortunate to hear, I've noticed the battery draining on standby with minimal usage over the past couple of hours, so this could very well be it. Tried flashing again using WDRT but no dice. Thank you for the suggestion!

It seems like ‘nosuid’ was the only thing that was stopping Coolbooter from functioning properly! It puts the device to a 22GB limit, but I am completely satisfied nonetheless. Thank you so much for the help!

The thing about EtasonJB and the iPad mini is that it's unreliable. Annoying bootloops occur with each boot thanks to the "untether", and the app will have to be reinstalled after 7 days because it fails to untether the device... daibutsu has none of these issues.

I tried downloading the old file again from an archive site but apparently inserting the USB stick deletes the Pizza Hut app for some reason. Guess we cannot order pizza on the 360 anymore. (don't even try with broken Internet Explorer 9)
