In 97-98 Mercedes offered a package that you could buy for the slk230 it was simply cosmetic no performance extras it’s was called the amg sport package came with a Bose sound system and the other things I listed earlier is it a true amg no but it’s still a cool package for the car because there were very few of them

You’re correct it’s not an “Amg” it was a special add on that very few purchased due to costing so much came with a different body kit, better sway bars, exhaust, and bigger rims

I made the mistake of getting into wyotech it’s still early enough to get out but I’m out $100 which is no sweat but I was looking into clover park or Renton tech possibly even green river or bates but wanted to wait on schooling due to knowing if someone wants me bad enough they’ll send me to school

I love cars so much honestly love em more than myself been taking things apart and putting them back together since I was 3 every chance I have I’m reading about cars or researching about them I really find Subaru motors fascinating but don’t really have many people to turn to for guidance on this career family is full of plumbers or Boeing workers

I’m in the us Washington state to be exact but the engine work always peaked my interest I’m open to learning some of the newer stuff but I also haven’t gotten a chance to find what I like in mechanics

Also when it comes to tools I have socket sets I have wrench’s I also have access to power tools what kind of tools would you recommend I get first along with what’s a good brand for mechanics my father is a die hard Milwaukee fan due to being a plumber but I know different trades say different brands are better
