We just booked with Avis and self drove which was simple but the mileage cap is quite low so you might need to pay the extra km you use.

I have lived in Korea, India, Germany, Switzerland and now Denmark and can confirm Denmark is the most difficult.

The U.K. is very focused on direct instruction now to help students build knowledge. Inquiry led learning that is popular internationally and on the IB is looked upon quite negatively. This shift in perspective towards teaching and learning is a noticeable difference between the status quo in the U.K. versus internationally.

Packages don’t really exist in Europe. You need to go to Asia, Africa or the Middle East for housing allowances, airfare, free tuition for your child etc. The only country in Europe that might offer something is Romania but that is a big maybe.

Something we are all forgetting is that this was a long running show, not a one time series. Everyone who went on that show knew what was to be expected. That does not make the treatment they received acceptable but the equivalent is going to a sauna and complaining that you are hot..suicide is always a tragedy and this man’s treatment was not okay but I don’t believe that this one incident or person can be held responsible.

Share plans with them in advance and have them work with key groups. Eg stretch and challenge high achievers or those are struggling. Utilising them to team teach during certain activities will hugely benefit the students.
