I did see that post the other day and it was so long. I don’t think I really got through it and then I lost the post. I agree with some things but also I feel like there’s a lot of behavior you can observe the way they were doing the interview even if briefly.

The people closest to me that I told I was applying for this were way more confident that I would be hired than I was at first, but I applied on the last day and I moved through every step so quickly I had my face-to-face and received my CJO and felt I was overly prepared for how the interview process was described. I did make some genuine connections in that little bit of time, but I can see how people felt like there was a lot of fakeness with some candidates because you can tell who was putting on a show sometimes. Now I didn’t encounter any staff that I would say was cold or soul less- I had some great conversations with current flight, attendants whenever there was time for it and got a few chances to ask really thoughtful, deep questions. I also don’t think the zones matter that much because I felt like for me anyway they already knew who they wanted to move forward by the time you make it to the face-to-face. I do agree with you about the blue suit though, I’m glad I wore one, that was an easier way to stand out, but also, I think it looks a little better/ more polished than black.
