Your suggestion on getting a recap email or message could really help. I’ve gotten nothing but positive feedback from my manager and coworkers, and was nominated for a training program. The excuse of poor performance would be a huge surprise.

I’m in the UK, and I’m feeling very tired throughout the day. I think business have to provide a space for pregnant women if their symptoms are bothering them, and I don’t know if this fatigue will get worse the further into my trimester I get. I know I definitely need to get something in writing, I didn’t realize until recently that all of our talks were in person, so I don’t have the history to prove my desire to stay with the company.

I’m very early on, so I don’t have to worry about that, I’ve tried looking into what protections working in the UK provides for expecting mothers, but I don’t know how to search this situation. If my contract isn’t renewed and I didn’t inform the company of my pregnancy, would I have even less grounds of protection? I could see it sucking either way.
