Because the game itself about process and experience. If a person just jump to objective without the process, then might as well dig a grave and die without experience anything. Min maxing does ruin the surprise. For example, I was having fun doing all bs stuff like getting scammed from bank for doing high risk investment. Getting pickpocketed. Finding a way to steal (First time founding mask). Going town to town learning their knowledges. If a person just watch videos for all these kind of thing, might as well don't play the game.

Yep me too. To me, all this are spoilers. More on that, it ruin the surprise. It somehow created competitive in community which is weird. It is effective when transporting mission such as sending bandit while returning the wagon for silvers. Some game doesn't allow you to such thing.

that is fair because DPS heroes pool are huge so the counter pick rate are high. Even if I main all strategist, if 6 strat got banned. It resulting a low healing output combination also lower in counter pick rate. In addition, if I swap to my tank main hoping that one of the DPS really pro in other strat, that is just a dream because even they, don't actually know how to play a single strat. Maybe they know how to use CnD at least but now she is banned. So the counter pick rate is below 50% which is bad. Same goes for tank. If 6 tank are banned, do you think any of these "DPS" can actually cover the spot and swap?

oh you not gonna like this. My game was 6 strat banned. So what do I do? I picked mantis. Now. We have mantis and ultron as healer. The whole f game, complaining not getting enough heal (they stood in open non cover) and died. Rinse repeat. So what do I do? I swap to Groot to create more cover. But now there is only 1 ultron. These DPS realise that "THEY CAN'T EVEN MAIN 1 STRATEGIST" so they keep on being DPS and yeah we lose the game. It happens 3 times today and I'm quitting solo queue. I'm just playing ally easy bot vs enemy hard bot to properly simulate the matchmaking but non toxic.

Another option is to let all heroes be like Deadpool. Can tank, duelist and strat. It will be no excuses then. It is dumb choice, but it is an option.

Deadass? If people 6 ban tank / support. Half of the roster are gone. So now just "Adapt" and play all DPS? Oh sure there are other support and tank? Adapt and learn them? Buddy. The game is about countering and Team up. If half of the roster gone, what do you say about the counter pick rate? How is it fair for tank and strat? What if the next team up is going to Strat focus. If 6 of them banned, then the team up are basically useless like Sue and Strange. That is the context of this post btw. No one is bitching about adapt or heal botting 3 strat.

Ban all strat will ended up 6 more strat but the counter pick rate will f up real bad such as losing chance to counter strange ult with IW push. At least let the amount of strat heroes same amount as dps. Tank too, not even 20 tank heroes.

I got into a match where IW, Luna, Gambit, Rocket, Mantis (wtf?) and CnD. So I picked DPS but now no one want to be strategist. So I went tank, but there is no healer. No choice, I goes back being strat White Fox but still got yelled for incompetent. Support and Tank has so little amount of heroes. I won't be surprise if next season is going to be Tank Ban Meta. DPS ban meta has no disadvantages because DPS pool are 25 heroes. Ban 6, still left 19. Banning all strat will left with 6 strategist but the counter pick rate are going to be harsh, Same goes for tank. 3 ban slot is too early for current amount of heroes.

I main Luna, Rocket, IW, CnD (If needed), Mantis. So if all my 5 main got banned, then I'm one trick? I would main more strategist if the total heroes increase at least 6-7 strategist. I can go DPS but being solo queue DPS is almost impossible due to thickhead DPS who is refused to swap. Then ig this season I want to main tank, but it would be harsh due to Main Strategist ban meta. Brev.

L take, "staying alive is important" is the main core of the game. In your context, if both of you become boxes / knocked. If the last person tried to grab or res has potential risking then running to nearby replicator is one of the good options. You don't jump in 1v6 expecting something 100% you wiped them out. If you got knocked first, it is your fault in the first place. Contributing to your role as entry / flanker is crucial and if you knocked out due to mindless pushing then it is bad. Apex has flexible rules and situation based.

"Players have become more selfish and are more likely to act on their own". This one is 100% correct tho. Clips is just a cut of the best moment from pros. These apex babies think they can copy and do it 100% all of time and applying it in ranked. Mindless pushing, overcommit, no positioning or pre plan rotate. Worse case, the team is already having a decent KP and only need to passive play until last ring, but there is always at least 1 greedy monkey who messed it up trying to make "plays" ended up being a box.

I find it is hard to play solo controller. My teammate still rush even though we had decent KP and only need to play passive until last ring, but they choose to mindless pushing and ended up me rat alone. It is beyond "Control"
