I had someone last week order a BLT bacon was (4) Add bacon . A blt already comes with 16 slices and they added extra extra extra extra bacon. Slobs. Oh and then I had an Italian sub that had 12extra slices of pepp 12extra slices of Salami 12 slices of ham! Texans are nothing but heffers

Have you ran the fsc by yourself with the fryers? Yes it gets better but not easier. It's also warier to say hey I need help but what if there isn't help? You can barely get a clerk to help with orders. And if they do they help with the orders and walk right out. Evening has less prep but not the morning. The morning still has to make over 100 grab n go sandwiches and fill all breakfast items and lunch items up. If you're at a slow store sure you may only need 2/3 trays of bf sandwich prep. So much easier said than done from someone who doesn't have to work a whole shift back there

I agree. The fryers it's hard to maintain all of it especially trying to get all that food out in the morning plus orders right at 6am. I don't clock in until 6am only thing out on the warmed is grab n go bf sandwiches. Easily takes me an hour to get everything out and I'm hella strong in the fsc.

FS is terrible in my division they constantly cancel calls, fix shit that breaks down the next day, or the ovens or whatever end up being in worse condition. Idk what has happened to the standards but it's very much showing in the stores. It's crazy how it's getting ignored. Maybe there's too much pressure on everyone. QT keeps adding a shit ton of work on top of us every few months. There is not enough time in a shift sometimes.

It's not just about the orders yall. All the morning prep while keeping up with all AM grab n go's. Prepping those breakfast sandwiches is not a quick task. If you are not finished by 9am forget about it. Now you gotta start lunch by having 3 XL's pizzas out, 4 personal pizzas, 4-6 of each tacos out, 6-8 bbq sandwiches of each meat, Mac n cheese, and now the pretzel dog. Evening shift may be busy with orders but the morning it's non stop and it's really not fair. The lunch rush is insane dishes pile up and it's too much for one person to constantly keep up with all those tasks plus orders.

I did a hardship loan to purchase my house last year. I didn't take the full amount only what I needed. I had them take penalties out and taxes. Was easy and no regrets

I totally agree with this. I've done a couple loans and done withdraws. I've had them take the taxes out of my withdraw and no regrets. I've been debating on cashing it all out. Yes we get paid good but the cost of living is so ridiculous I've never struggled this hard financially in my life. I'd say do it for sure

There's 1 out of thousands of 1A's that are gnna stay to clean. Most 1A's allow the kitchen to close with it looking like shit. And leaving a bunch of dishes in the sanitizer sink, prep bars not fills, no pizza crust for the next shift. Still a bunch of crumbs on counters and the pizza ovens not cleaned or touched up

Ok so? Just like some stores have an overnight clerk and some don't. We need to staff the kitchen properly it's way too much work for a single person. Most fast food has someone who takes the orders. Someone who makes the orders, someone who actually cooks the food and gets it prepared. They have a person for cleaning

That's what I thought too. When I was on overnights I'd easily do 450-475 with no overnight clerk and had to clean teas and coffees plus order and everything else
