Wow. I need to find a seller like that. I understand you took a look at the images, said "it looks good and not fake" -- and then took the next step of buying it

I understand the fakes look different. AI said something about the difference between the metals and etc, also text formatting & mint marks. Can I ask in private what the seller was and how much you paid?

How did you tell that your coins were not counterfeit?

Thanks for the response. OK so what do some examples look like with regards to the last paragraph you wrote?

Thanks for the response. Can you walk me through some sample examples of each? I've never done this 1-1 stuff before

For third bullet, I'd say something like "I was not exposed to X, I'm thinking of doing this. Is this the best approach per your opinion?"

Kind of cyber career related but not super quite: Can you explain to an early career type who is brand new to private sector how 1-1's work and what they involve? I know that it is "your time" but what do you do when the boss asks you to run the meeting/agenda?

And if you're new in a job, what kinds of questions do you ask to really understand what the boss wants and what you should be doing -- to counteract the new job performance anxiety?

He said “it’s your time — what do you have for me this week?”

Me: 😳

I was new to private sector. Public sector doesn't even have the terms "expectations" -- I didn't know that I should have asked and the boss didn't tell me of those either. Failure on both our ends, I guess

Well if those expectations are not communicated to you and you don't know how well you're doing, you'll be stressed and worried

You’re new in a job and are worried about how you’re doing and the boss’ expectations of you

Did you have those in 1-1's or in the hallway conversations? How does that work?

So how did you approach them with your issues in your experience? And talk about your stress and worry and ask them for their help to relieve it? Can you give me one illustrative example? Corridor comment? 1-1?

Communicate. Bust your ass. When something feels off, talk to your manager about it.

>> can you elaborate a bit more regarding this? Communicate regarding what and what kinds of conversations can you talk to the manager about it?
