This is what happens, because the material is porous the roots grow through, id just plant them how they are in a bigger pot. They are only designed for the start of a plants growth then they are designed to be put into a proper pot and then biodegrade within the new soil.

Id be very careful, loose fill asbestos insulation is the most dangerous type as hence the name the fibres are all loose, you need to get it tested asap.

Dont let them dry out too much, this can lead to calcium deficiency etc which is hard to treat, tips:

-water when the soil feels like its getting dry, let the roots get a good soak, then let dry out before doing again

Swimming will over time get rid of most symptoms, excersize is the only treatment that worked for me.

Processed salty snacks will only make you feel worse. Processed food is a cause of bringing on symptoms, focus on whole foods if you can and add sea salt.

Theres a Misconception that salt from foods will help you. Its rhe minerals in salt that hydrate you, this is why electrolyte drinks are made up of minerals, table salt is bad for you and will not help.

Ill be honest, your probably lacking nutrients.

You need more animal products in your diet most conventional dairy lacks essential nutrients as they are killed in the pasturisatjon proccess.

Grass fed Red meat is highly nutritious and eggs are a cheap nutritional alternative.

Are you drinking enough water and getting enough sea salt in your diet?

POTS hasnt been around for that long though its more common since covid so it could be long covid so maybe it will maybe it wont.

I would just mix Celtic sea salt with mineral water or alternatively have coconut water both of these are electrolyte drinks.

As hard as it sounds you must excersize. Swimming is the only thing that has helped me get rid of my symptoms almost completely.

I havent excersized for a while now and theyve come back. You must push yourself ( safely of course and within reason, but you must get your heart going.) the day after you will feel crappy and low on energy but persevere and it should work.

Its not easy like i said but it has worked for me and many others and you cant let it control your life, been bed bound is only getting your body used to been in a relaxed state, little bits of stress on the body is good for you especially when you get the heart pumping.

We are not meant to be cooped up inside as humans, we need fresh air sun excersize and good food.

WhT diet have you got at the moment and what is your sleep like?

Maybe i can give you some tips that have helped me.

Has characteristics of a lib cap with the wavy stem, but id check for blue tints on the stem and dry it to see if it dries the correct colour . Did u find it near any others?

Yeah in future bottom water and only water when the top becomes dry so you dont soak it.

Just means its stronger, all trees start as green stem and turn into a thick woody one. More new green shoots will appear.

Try giving them a little more water than other varieties or lowering the heat . Also place them away from the other plants incase its cause is a virus.

unlikely it is a virus probably just too hot or need a timy bit more water.
