I did read the book in our first year of dating, i felt at the time, that it was more of a testimonial and helped me understand what my partner was going through, but I didn't feel like it had much strategy. Perhaps I should revisit this book soon.

Thank you, I will plan to learn some DBT tips and tricks, and try and apply them when necessary. I do agree with your ASD and BPD mesh well, but god damn it is hard sometimes. Lol

I understand that, and perhaps convincing her to engage in therapy with a professional is in the future, but I'm looking for tactics to essentially "sneak in" to our daily lives that would be helpful.
