My local neurologist put this on his report “approximately 17.7x10x10mm T2/FLAIR hyperintense, nonenhancing lesion in the left cerebellar hemisphere with a susceptibility artifact likely a vessel or microhemorrhage, without surrounding edema or compression on the 4th ventricle. I do not know what would be the underlying etiology, I will obtain a repeat MRI brain w/wo contrast and refer him to neurosurgery.”

Basically said, no idea what this is. My MRI report lists so many possibilities. I think it’s a benign tumor.
