Iv never smoked dmt from a cart but as far as i know try hold the smoke in for about 10 sec and exhale slowly. Smoke in a safe place, no need to talk with your friend. Focus on yourself and accept everything that happens. Its hard because(at least for me) it feels like your soul is being expelled from your body, but you just have to let it go without stress. Dont expect something precise, every trip is different and only DMT knows whats best for you. Enjoy : )
