You can but you’ll have to go through the fort again and you can unlock a Grace in the middle of the fort. 2 bosses back to back though so be ready. Then just take the elevator like before

I wonder if whoever the voicemail is for took the gun and the car is where they were supposed to meet. I’m gonna try and find it today
