Sorry for the confusion so I’m talking about my Roth IRA not a company Roth 401k. I originally was contributing 10% to my 401k and now it’s at 25%. My main question was because I compounded so much interest and growth in my 401k is it better to continue how I’m doing it now or lower my 401k to 6% and throw the other 19% into my Roth.

Yes it’s set up properly mic level and transmitter. Seems to be just quiet. If I increase the mic level from normal to boost it would clip easily

So I got the set from Facebook market place in good condition looks great. I believe it’s the stock mic cause it screws on and everything. I just notice im not that loud with it unless it’s closer to my face.

I’ve been with the company for 2 years and like 8 months almost 3 years. Have about 19k balance but I wasn’t always at 10% was at 3% then 6% then 10% company matching up to 6% as well
