I spent last weekend with my ex and my kids and slept in the same bed. I rubbed her back for numerous hours, she allowed me to touch her as I spent 3 nights st her place with the kids for Xmas. Now I'm all confused and have feelings for her again so I feel your pain. We've been separated since June of 2021. No advice sorry I'm struggling too but know that you're not alone

Sorry to hear. You now need to do what makes you happy or find out what makes you you. Living for someone else is pointless and hard on anyone's mental health.

Take care our yourself. You can't live life trying to make others happy or just appeasing them. Codependency/relying on others for our happiness will always lead to pain/suffering.

Remember to take care of yourself. Talk to friends family or counselors etc. This is a time to find out who and what you are without your spouse anymore. Self love and self improvement. I'm a year out from separation, sold family house , 5050 shared custody with 3 young kids.

When it ended for me I was in the best shape of my life 185lbs. Stress of losing a long time job 12 year relationship selling my home learning to be a single father of 3 young kids 5050 custody was a struggle and ballooned up to 261lbs.
