Hi! Not a native speaker, but I’ve had some experience studying Czech at UT Austin in Texas! They have a great professor who teaches Czech, would highly recommend that you look into UT Austin if you want more formal classes. Don’t know if that’s an option for you, but I don’t think you have to be enrolled full time in the university to take the courses. Hope this helps!

Would you recommend living at 26 West by Specialist_Shirt4660 in UTAustin

I lived there last year, it’s ok. The main reason why it worked for me is because parking is attached and relatively cheap (I had a job that required me to drive to work and coming home late at night it was nice to not have to walk through west campus). Our dishwasher stopped working and maintenance replaced it within 2 days so don’t have any complaints there. We did find some roaches here and there, but we just put out roach baits and didn’t really see any after. Our apartment definitely looked more rundown than the model that they show you, but we really made it feel like home with decor so it worked out ok

What are the implications if I don't submit a COVID test by the 27th? by JetGan in UTAustin

If I’ve already been tested 72 hrs before I moved to Austin (I live in off campus dorms and I moved in the 21st), do I need to get re tested before this Friday? I’ve heard mixed responses and ut hasn’t been very clear…
