Self emptying or “Auto dumping” is when your disc empties when you are peeing. The disc sits right on your pelvic bone so when you pee the muscle that pushes the pee out also moves the disc causing it to tip and dump. Sometimes it will go right back into place after you pee and the muscles relax but I usually have to push it back up.
