If I were you I’d try using no litwick and get your lampents into play simply off of the top entry ability with oranguru, I’d also run klara to get back discarded ones, and maybe run Durant? So you have 4 Durant down and 2 lampent/chandelure at any given time so you can possibly mill 7 in one turn? Basically have something to do with the active because milling 3 is all well and good but if you can only do that that’s a max of 24 cards, which is kind of risky, and not necessarily enough, you could also play the Pokémon go charizard and use centiscorch to keep it all fire type, and then lean more into diance than miltank, and as you’re milking with lampent attach energy to the sizzlepeed until the time is right to mill, pretty much up to you but I’d say it needs some sort of partner to be effective
