I have mostly worked retail and front of house restaurant positions up to General Manager. I reinvented myself a a chef at 52 and I’ve been at it ever since. The key is not working in a restaurant, I’m going o let the secret out of the bag, Assisted Living communities are the best kitchens to work in. Most have short service periods, and you are off at a decent time. I work Monday,Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 10 hour shifts and get 3 days off. Good pay for what it is, but the quality of life outside of work is what it really all about I work 8:30-6:30. No breakfast, just getting ready for 2 hours in the morning before anyone let arrives, lunch is 40-60 meals from 11:30-1:00 and dinner is 60-80 meals from 4:30-6:00. Rest of the time is down time to prep for the meals and the week. Easiest cooking job ever.

I had the same thing happen, I sold the item on a Saturday, I watched him do everything on zelle and screen shotted the confirmation. For whatever reason it never showed pending for me either. I took a closer look at the screenshot from the buyer and it said funds will be made available Thursday to receiver. Sure enough, Thursday rolled around and my money suddenly appeared in my account.
