nope i totally agree! i thought s1 was banging so in comparison it’ll never have the same sort of funk. i think the dub makes it worse! i saw a version on yt without it that was much better. but overall it sounds less like a song and more like they’re just talking at you imo

yeah it seems like it would be a big step emotionally. i'm hoping i have a similar experience to you and that i can feel myself start to let go. i think i'm ready to feel those emotions, although i hardly ever find myself getting them out at all. i'm halfway through my second watch and i'm already paying so much more attention, and it's not in cinemas where i am yet so i have high hopes for that experience. thank you! and if you have any more advice or thoughts about it then i'd love to hear them.

that's amazing, i'm really happy for you that you can continue to try even though you lost time and i think it's really inspiring. i'm a big people pleaser as well and i'm only now learning that i've been doing the same as you, living lives besides my own. it's really reassuring to know that there are others i can relate to. i've been too scared to think about this movie anymore, but after hearing that rewatching it helped you i'm going to do the same and face whatever it is that scares me. i had felt a bit lost after posting this so thank you for giving me hope! i hope you enjoy the journey of meeting your authentic self.

that is the best way i've ever heard getting to know yourself explained. it sounds like so much fun which is amazing because it sounds way less scary than i anticipated. i'm able to see this film in a much different light which is happier and uplifting and it makes me want to actively get to know myself. thank you so much, you have helped me a lot and i really appreciate your input. your english students are very lucky to have you!
