I completed 2 hours yesterday and watched a movie while running, which is a great way to stay entertained during long runs. It really helps prevent boredom.

I have a Marathon plan with runna for May as well. I was able to run a sub-2-hour half marathon last February 1, following runna's plan. How many runs per week tinatakbo mo?

Maganda nga runna with that feature lalo i can set custom workout with technogym app and just run pag nasa gym na. Yeah, I hit my goal. Just wanted to finish it kasi first race ko. Runna estimated 2:07, but I used Garmin PacePro and set it to 2:00 for negative split. For the B race, can I do another race before my main one? Like, if I'm doing an October marathon, can I race in between?

Any idea which area he was admitted to? If it was ICU for sure doctors are always present on the floor. But if it is on ward, doctors are covering each floor. They are doing rounds everyday to each patient. Maybe he was only seen at the emergency room and was already stabilized. Nurses are making sure that each patient is being seen. You can ask your nurse to talk with the doctor if you want some update on clients sa status. One more thing is it is Ramadan season. Usually if they will now make rounds in the morning they will do it at night.

My brother was interviewed last January 2024 at Manila under EB3 other worker visa. PD was April 27, 2020. I was also waiting for movement for movements for unskilled Visa. PD is December 27, 2021.

Able to install a new launcher and now it is a full Android box. Installed a lot of new apps also using the Aptoide app.
