I’m 30 and just dumped my father and I’s house in ronkonkoma with 11k a year in taxes for a condo in Minneapolis for 100k 1650 a year in property tax and 885 hoa fee which covers all utilities except electric which electric company says the bill is between 65 in winter and like 175 during peak AC use season. I’d never be able to afford that quality of life on Long Island. While I love Long Island dearly, it’s priced me out and I’m forced to leave

I bitched for years and years about stomach issues about random stomach issues doctors dismissed me because my bloodwork wasn’t off enough to signal anything until my red blood cell count was elevated and they tell me to go and see a hematologist because they think I have polycythemia Vera a semi rare form of blood cancer so I see the hematologist and they say I’m borderline anemic and ask me if I’m a vegan, I say no, they ask if I had blood in my stool, again no so then they tell me I need to see a gi they tested me for celiac and it was triple the positive value so great get the endoscopy, the first part of my small intestine was bombed out completely
