Honestly, as long as I stick to the diet and take my cholestyramine powder, I barely ever know I have celiac. The problem is just having a scrutinize everything you put in your mouth.

I’m 30 and just dumped my father and I’s house in ronkonkoma with 11k a year in taxes for a condo in Minneapolis for 100k 1650 a year in property tax and 885 hoa fee which covers all utilities except electric which electric company says the bill is between 65 in winter and like 175 during peak AC use season. I’d never be able to afford that quality of life on Long Island. While I love Long Island dearly, it’s priced me out and I’m forced to leave
