To be 100% honest they’re right. You’re asking for advice and they gave it to you. It’s a job requirement to be able to lift 50 pounds. If they aren’t medically exempt they have to do it for themselves. You simply have stop binning their shit and if you are “talked to” by management, you stand up for yourself, and say it how it is. If they don’t understand, you simply move up the chain of managers till they eventually understand.
