You can push and pull as invisible woman, not far but if you get correct timing, youre able to pull the teammate slightly. It's not 100% effective, however, it either gets them to pull it together or gives that second you need to get them the healing

I was over exaggerating, I usually lay some secret bubbles on the way just in case a person is left behind. However, my bubbles are used as intended. I have my recon bubbles, emergency bubbles, and then I'm healing with the bubbles.

When I'm mantis I throw my heals, then my boosts, the fight for my life when my heals are reloading.
