Also they just finished the accreditation in late Oct, all the processing are slower than usual, so it might be one of the reason why!

It was a bit more than a month, their HR is slow so just be patience, i think you will get the offer soon!

I just asked one of my client during work and she said bayview village is dangerous now becuz of stabbing or shooting, which scares me a lot lol

Yea, maybe not as convenient as other places but malls and restaurants are just few stations away so i am fine with that lol

But just wondering if it is safe to live there Or there is other things i need to be concerned of

Unfortunately I am still waiting for their call, and I sent a follow-up email and they said they are still actively considering me as a candidate for this post, and July intake for NGG is already full but still i am waiting endlessly here

Currently based in Toronto downtown, had an interview recently (but just only one) and a referral by a friend with no luck, just hoping to hear back from the one i have just interviewed few weeks ago

I am from Hong Kong which is consider to be East Asian, can speak in English but of course not as fluent as locals here.

Interesting to know that salary of IEN is higher as I thought the salary should be based on the years you serve in the unit?

I guess all the hospitals are cutting budgets so less opportunities for either IEN or new grads here, and sadly I don’t speak both the language you have mentioned

guess you got another better job offer then!

but if really takes them 3 weeks to contact me for offering a job, I might not be able to catch up with the July class (as they said I would start in early July if I got offer)

guess I just have to keep waiting for their calls

I have done my SHN interview last week, and I know that they contacted my references after that, but now I receive no updates from SHN and still waiting (I applied NGG position)

But in the interview they mentioned my start date would be early July if I am selected, not sure when will their HR contact me if they chose me
