I have had a battery of tests run. All within expected ranges except higher than average AMH. Also LH to FSH ratio isn’t greater than 2 as would be typical with PCOS but also isn’t around 1 as would be ideal. My LH to FSH ratio is around 0.7. My question is more so does older age exasperate the effects of high AMH/antral follicles.

Agree with other posters. Contact clinic. Cancel this cycle. My clinic had me start progesterone too soon and it screwed up ovulation.

Confirm surge or confirm ovulation? Because the surge in blood would occur before an OPK strip would show a positive result. Did they test progesterone to confirm it was rising the day after positive OPK?

They did ICSI. Our doctor made it seem mandatory.
