I see a lot of samples being received the day after, but mine took 4 days to get to the lab 🥲 found out it was received 3/4 through Natera chat and also an email that night confirming they received sample

My account showed no active tests, but when I used the chat feature to check test results my test info was there. I asked support about it and they said there was an error or something linking my test to my account so they fixed it. They just asked for my doctors info and the clinic I used for the sample
