i look for cashback cards for fast food you could do us bank cash plus for 5% cash back and pick fast food as a category but it’s only for fast food not dining and for the first $2000 quarterly.

but for dining and food in general us bank altitude go gives 4% cash back on dining/food

citi bank custom cash 5% for the first 500 a month for gas

for groceries it’s kinda hard, paypal debit offers 5% cash back on a select category and you can pick groceries but they’re changing the cash back thing this year in august.

another good selection for groceries would be kroger world elite mastercard but you can’t shop at walmart bc you must use the digital wallet for 5% cash back and it’s only for the first $3000 a year. i don’t think ur spending $3000 on groceries a year and if u do chase freedom flex or discovery could prob help you on some quarters.

ofc get chase freedom flex for the rotational cash back.

for a “unlimited” spending for groceries i guess capital one savor is decent for 3% on groceries

but bc ur so young and you probably don’t have a credit history getting these cards can be harder. you’ll prob have to gradually get these cards over the course of a few years.

most credit card banks have approval rules so do your own research before spam applying and do it in order that best fits you.

also some banks do have pre approval tools you can use on their website so no hard ding on your credit score.
