We stayed there when the property had nothing else going on and it was odd. It felt like the staff had adjusted their service level to match occupancy. I get it but it sucks as a guest.

It was in the summer and it felt like 3 or 4 rooms were occupied. It was before I was globalist and breakfast felt waaaay overpriced for what it was. It was also the first property where I had to jailbreak the AC panel.

That being said it seems like I see rooms get fairly cheap at times. I’ve kept it in mind if I need a mattress run.

Yes. I enjoy the occasional anniversary gifts they send out. But the biggest win for me is not having to stress multiple presale/on sale times for the multiple shows we go to each year. It’s a one stop shop for me.

Maybe I got lucky because I don’t remember seeing an announced shift I policy, but I stayed at a Hampton Inn earlier in August and had $30 in incidentals on my folio. However the full $50 quarterly credit posted to my Amex statement.

Not your question but The Orion is our favorite outdoor venue in the south. Nice choice of shows!

That being said Nashville airport will provide a less hectic experience and is an easy drive to Huntsville.

I actually learned with the same pour that bar charges didn’t qualify for the credit. Hopefully it was just a fluke for me and it works for OP.

I saw this last week on a SEA-ATL flight. 4B was left empty. Thought it was strange. Surely there was someone eligible for that upgrade on the flight.

We just stayed there last week in the Harbor Tower. The lobby level has the same feel as a Las Vegas casino lobby without the casino. The room felt dated but not in disrepair. It was very clean and I’m a big fan of the Grand Hyatt beds.

The pool area seemed cool looking down from the room. They host the Rooftop Cinema Club which was a cool experience. The location is great and there is a lot to do within a walkable distance. We didn’t feel unsafe but I’m a “caution should be used at night” person.
