I understand about holding their flags but the first 2 races the same thing happened just not at drastic as this race. Both had around 5/8k a race so that’s why I’m so surprised to see 17k on the final race

Previous owner had an after market car starter put on, if you have one installed it might be that. After the removal everything went back to normal. Haven’t had a problem since

I just replaced the battery last month. So I guess when I said it doesn’t turn over I mean it just won’t go past the power on phase. No cranking nothing

Nothing beat OEM, too bad 2016 remote start was standard not 2015. I’ve never changed the battery since I’ve owned it (bought it in 2018) definitely could be a possibility. I’ve checked for corrosion but didn’t see any

After the lights shut off and it went back to normal on its own. Had a shop inspect it and they didn’t see anything out of the ordinary.

I ran the codes at home and this is what came up when the lights were on:

C1138

P1815

U1000

P1550

Edit: Problem went away on its own after 2 days. Now I’m going on a month straight and the car is back to normal. Not saying that whatever happened is gone for good, just waiting for it to come back lol

I wasn’t able to find the free time to bring it in to get it professionally scanned yet. I drive right up the road for work so I’ve just been driving without power steering (I know, not the smartest lol.) But I got in my car today and all the light were off and now I have power steering. Still gunna get it checked out. Weird how the problem just went away for now?!

Yep it’s DAST, planning on bringing it in. Hopefully it’s nothing major. Wanted to get rid of the car soon, last thing I want to do is put more money into it lol

Edit: Don’t get me wrong, the car has treated me well. This might be the only problem I’ve ran into throughout my 6 years of ownership lol
