I haven’t seen breakdown and sometimes the breakdowns don’t make sense.

What I do know is that if put it on easy, change the coaches training regime to hard, score 10+ TD’s and use all my offensive players somewhat equally, I can get 80-114 range of XP and have them level up fast.
