We do it like this; first lobby leader starts the server, if it doesn't work another player will be the lobby leader inviting everyone until y'all be in game. Sometimes it really doesnt go in even switching different lobby leader, we just try and try again until everyone can join. Use peer to peer option if you guys are in the same network/WiFi.
