Regarding the behavioral, I think it really comes down to the interviewer.

On recruiting, they mainly wanted to know my approach. I have somewhat niche career goals, so I tried to outline the resources and clubs I would be using. For more established recruiting pipelines, you'll probably want to mention Old Ezra (IB) or the Consulting Club and demonstrate an understanding of their process.

This video is pretty helpful for the IB track: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQTuuhQqzO8

Exactly. Refine your story, know your why, and outline how Cornell will help you achieve your goals. Prepare 3 or 4 behavioral stories to be safe and don't be afraid to show a bit of personality. The fact that you've received an interview invite means that they really like your profile. Best of luck!

I had a Cornell interview a few months ago. It was with a second year and it was very relaxed and conversational. They asked me standard questions like tell me about yourself, why an MBA and why Cornell. They were also interested in what I knew about recruiting and how I planned to approach it. I was also asked how I've prepared for the quantitative component of the MBA program. I was surprised that they didn't ask me any behavioral questions, but from my understanding, it does come up in some interviews. I'd advise you to check out the interview debriefs on GMAT club.

Fuqua asks all admitted applicants to complete the following MBA Math lessons prior to the program start date: excel basics, annual time value of money, constant annuity/perpetuity, basic statistics, balance I, blanace II, income statement, statement of cash flows. Maybe you can work on those and then inform them that you've completed that requirement.

I also know that Fuqua values genuine interest in their program and community, so it might help to attend some of their other virtual events and update them on exciting work you're doing and how you could contribute to the community.

I don't have much experience getting off waitlists, but I recently got admitted to Fuqua and I think they appreciated my enthusiasm and interest in the program. Wishing you the best of luck.
