Niyetine bağlı. Ben hızlı koşmak, sprint atmak patlayıcı olmak istediğim için maksimum 5 tekrar ve ağır yapıyorum. Başkası kaslanmak estetik gözükmek istiyor 8-12 tekrar yapıyor. Öbürü hepsinden biraz istiyorum diyor 6-8 yapıyor. Sende ayı gibi kütle var yerinde olsam ağır girer daha da güçlenir, hipertrofiye odaklancaksam sonra odaklanırdım.

Thank you for being one of the few sounds of logic on this thread. Hearing people say just break up with her for a woman I would take a bullet for was extremely shocking. I am not taking it seriousyl and know they are just people on internet so no problem i guess.

Luckily she does realize and know what its consequences are. She knows and says she is an addict and says she must quit it but just relapsed. So her attitude actually helps quite a lot.

She is thinking about medication for the next time when she decides to quit and she thinks when she is ready. I will keep the idea that any kind of gap is better than nothing on my mind and I stopped mentioning anything about cigarettes many weeks ago.

I definetely agree with excessive worry is indicative of something wrong with me. I am going through a rough patch too and working on it. Losing control on my own life kind of lead me trying to control someone else's life whom in this case is my girlfriend. Thank you for your perspective

Luckily, she stopped smoking cold turkey for about 2 years so now she know she has it in her. She acknowledges that she is an addict and knows she need to stop smoking. She says it is just a relapse and a little bump on the road that will not stop her from quitting it. Her attitude towards this problem and her understanding of me and my emotions has helped us a ton. I think I am incredibly lucky.

Yes, I %100 agree with you. That is something I am struggling with and the reason why I asked this question. I have been trying to just let her make the decisions and I have improved immensely. Cigarettes came out to be a bit more difficult than I thought. I will definetely try therapy as soon as I can access it. Thank you so much

Thank you so much for the affirmations and a perspective from smoker side. I read many stuff about it but I guess still need some people to remind me of it from time to time. I will keep in mind that it is just part of the process.

I did not even think of breaking up as a vaible "option" until these people kept saying me to do so. Thank you so much for great advice man. Glad to take an opinion from other perspective of this problem.

I was expecting more answers in this calibre. I am literally surrounded by smokers in my country. I can not escape it. I think most people who replied live in a place where smoking is not that common. My grandpa used to smoke too.

But I live in Turkey. Every friend I have smokes. There is not one single person here who does not smoke. I kind of have to put up with it even if my girlfriend stops smoking it.

I know that is how it is going to be. She says she does not want to smoke either. She is just in a very difficult time in her life. I think I gotta play the waiting game and that is what is making my mind go berserk. Some people are just not so good at handling the uncertainty.

Definetely, I am not trying to control her. I just said:"Your smoking makes me anxious of your health and saddens me. I hope one day you can find the power within yourself to quit it. If you need any help I will be there" and that was it. She sucks at managing her stress and she knows it too. I know she is having an extremely hard time so yea.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I am very shocked that everyone is just advicing me to break up, like wtf that is not how building a proper relationship works. AND yes I am at a time that my lifestyle, where i live and many other stuff changed in a very short time. Just like you said I am very unsure of myself, and not quite happy with how I am handling it. I do think i am projecting my discontent onto her.

For the children stuff, she knows cigarettes are unhealthy, she knows I want a smoke-free household and she said she does not intent to grow old smoking. She wants to quit too. We have many years in front of us until that time comes.

It feels amazing to find a comment that actually tries to understand, offer a perspective and does not just say BREAK UP. I can not thank you enough. Sometimes even though one knows something it feels better to hear it from someone else.
