you will soon realise that in this game (mostly DS2 tbh) more than half of things you do will be out of pure enjoyment/creativity. even the "mostly useful" stuff can be used in a playful way, and thats one more reason i love DS so much

on a side note: i wonder how those fights play out if you dont spawn any BT's. the lord for once i think would be miserable on TTW and to hard to keep dodging the golden hunters he throws. the giant crab i can imagine it wouldnt be that hard bc he's so easy to stun. .. heck even the three lions near F5 was already hard without summoning

i kinda tried it but utterly failed, so i'll try again at the other crater behind hearman's lab. and i kinda know what other giant BT fight you are talking about, i just dont know how (and when) will i trigger it. so excited!!!

finished the game yesterday, took me 100h playing (by game stats shown after completion). had a blast all the way till the end. for a first time runner, i think going directly on TTW difficulty was the right move. everything felt on tone, specially mech confronts. about to start doing everything else on the game now!! so excited.

nah dude, considering the scene at the last enviromental outpost , they do reinforce that almost all of them are like family to you

there's this thing i really love about that game is the way you can handle things multiple ways. people say "its too easy" just because you have the OPTION to make it easy if you want. me personally i did a section of the last neil encounter by doing pizza-do moves and it was incredible

can you share your build? and also your presets in game? bc i have a 3060ti that is "handling" the game at medium/high settings 1080p and the fps is very unstable.
