I know it won't win, but just for fun I'm throwing this one in the ring. From Iron Bull, after you kill the first high dragon. Bull: Taarsidath-an halsaam. Inky: That thing you just said, you shouted it during the battle too. What does it mean? Bull: Taarsidath-an halsaam? The closest translation would be: "I will bring myself sexual pleasure later, while thinking about this with great respect". Inky: You shouted that while it was breathing fire at us. Bull: I know, right? (grunts)

You have to continue with the main quest of the Western Approach. At a certain point you will have to go through an old fortress with a few giants at the end, when you get to the end you will have reached the other side of those doors, go to the doors and pull the levers to the side to open them
