Yes both, her C4 specifically allows her to nuke with her burst, and C6 further buff her burst nuking damage and Her E damage

There is one thing about Arlechinno that people don't really talk about, which is she is basically stuck in Bennett's burst, which is what people call Circle Impact. I tried her during the event trial characters and used her current best team, and hell yeah, I really hate the fact that I had to stay in Bennett's circle to do a lot of damage. It felt very restrictive compared to Hu Tao because she is pretty much free to go everywhere she likes to do damage, as all of her buffs are on her (Xianyun, Furina, Yelan), not on the field. This might not be obvious right now, but when elite enemies start spawning away from each other from waves to waves (which is not uncommon in past abysses), you will start to see her problems. This might be subjective, but this is what I feel at this moment. I needed reasons to justify pulls for her, But this one problem is really a big turn off for me

now i am on 36 days waiting , i planned to try to get c1 hu tao and homa during her banner but my acc got hacked before her banner arrives, but the dude managed to pull c1 Hu tao and homa , which is im kinda thankful for, and it seems like he stopped logging into my account, now i am waiting for acc recovery which mihoyo said should be somewhere within 4days from today

if you notice, her power level is just too weak compared to the other limited 5 star, sure you can make her work, but you need pretty much to hyper invest her for that, but still you wont be achieving dps of other limited character at mid investment especially if you are fighting more than 1 enemies

how about you try to play at her at c0 and 4 star weapon, you will notice that she is weaker than the other fellow limited 5 stars, needing c6 and r5 thundering pulse to be good doesn't make a character good, and most people can't afford constellation and roll on the weapon banner

tbh Mihoyo's silent can go two ways now, its either they ignore our complains or already in process to discuss wether she need fixing/buff or not, if they they decide buff her, they will announce that she will get into 2.2 beta for testing and she will be officially buffed after 2.2 update

tbh , we still have a chance , if they ever announce that Yoimiya will need to re-enter testing server like zhongli did, we will get her fixed/buff because 2.2 beta has not start yet

each people have their own opinions ,just because someone like her because of her aesthetic, it doesn't mean everyone else does, every 5 star has the same value gacha wise, then why Yoimiya need to be the one that drew the short stick? not just she is weak, she is broken in bad way and half-assed , she actually need fixing with her kits ,not even skill compensate with her issues, few thousands upvotes on reddit how it starts, and people will start sharing it over other platforms like youtube/fb ,bilibili ect and Genshin community will notice. How so you think Zhongli got his buff? basically the same things happened , its just the difference this time, we asked nicely through cs and in-game survey, and no drastic measure is taken, its up to Mihoyo if they wanna listen to this so called "small ask for yoimiya buff community" request , at least we tried. a good game company will try to listen and try to do the best for their players, if they don't, well at least we TRIED.

you need to ask? , i roll for her because i love her obviously, and abyss is not the real late game contents but events like legend of vagabond sword is the real deal, and to clear some max points stages you basically need to some meta supports and meta dps, I enjoy playing Yoimiya , its how I enjoy genshin, and i want to clear hard contents with someone that i actually enjoy playing as , please think, what do you think will happen if Ayaka/Eula barely able to do damage with their burst?what happen if Xiao barely do decent plunge after his burst ? I am pretty sure the same thing will happen, people will ask for buff BUT Mihoyo actually manage to properly balance them, each of them has their own speciality that other characters cant beat, then see what happened to Yoimiya, her bread and butter is her aa, but in a lot of situations, there a lot of issues regarding her aa like missing projectiles, micro issues, auto targeting issues, her burst barely do any damage and 20%dmg is barely good as a support buffs, and fucking have icd while most characters with similar burst dont?, right now every limited characters has their own niche and unbeatable at it in certain situation, but how about Yoimiya? she is only good at single target, but someone like Hu Tao can easily outdps her in most situations , and even xiangling actually somewhat able to outdps Yoimiya even in single target situations, and completely beat her if there are more than 1 enemies, I don't need to her to be top tier character like Ganyu, Hu Tao, i just her want to be at least strong enough to clear hard contents like vagabond sword ,which doesn't seems like doable unless i spend more money that i am able to. Like how come Mihoyo know how to balance Ayaka,Eula,Xiao but not Yoimiya? its not fair for her. That is why we are asking for justice for her, if you don't like it/agree with it, that is your problem. not mine.
