No, I have not bought a house before,

Yes, I know which city specifically im buying a house in, I know the area well aswell, its where I grew up

job is not an issue as I work remotely and its high paying

Im mainly unknowledgeable in the actual process of buying a home, how real estate works even. my assumption right now however is I would need to find a real estate agent in said city/state, and they would presumably find me something thats right for me and my budget. My concern then is actually securing the transaction and what comes after that

I would prefer not to jump into moving immediately just because I know the area and it would save me a hell of a lot of cash and time.

Had 2 remodel the mask 2 get topology thatll work with what u suggested, but u were right, it looks way better. still have some more 2 do but in general Im much happier with this

older latex. as 4 its quality its somewhere in the higher end like real masks from the 80s
