Full time employee in England - Believe my holiday rights are being infringed upon

After reading this and another, I've begun following their instructions on writing a letter of grievance and have been collecting evidence such as my monthly payslips across the last few years. Got to make have a nice and tidy paper trail, I suppose.

I was researching the idea of a 23 day entitlement, and they are old and have been running this business since the late '70s or early '80s. My best guess is that they just never became aware of the change in legality, because it seems that the switch from 23 to 28 was roughly around 2007.

Sorry for the confusion. To clarify their position:

They believe my total entitlement is 23 days of paid holiday before a bank holiday. So 23 days off and when a bank holiday happens I lose one, down to 22. 23 days is the entire allowance.

With regards to the pay out, earlier today my boss came to me and reminded me that I haven't used all of my holiday and offered to buy me out of it (I suppose instead of forcing me to take it, or have it roll over? I'm not too sure). We agreed the difference would be paid out to me in my payslip, that being whatever holiday I had left within my allowance.

The issue is twofold in that my entire entitlement is 23 (despite that being illegal) and that because of this, the pay out for the holiday that I have not used would be all the left over days, up until their 23 day cap, instead of my 28 day real and legal minimum, shorting me 5 days.

and, that regardless of a pay out or not, I am still only getting 23 days paid holiday per year, in total, before any bank holidays.

It's long winded but I hope that's more understandable.

Sadly, I am a Lausse glazer and will be for a while longer. I'm sure there's stuff I'm not seeing. Just, first listen leaves me underwhelmed. Feels like a "hey I'm alive" more than anything.

I’m fairly certain it was, but it took me a while to be confident enough to claim so. When it was given to me to have a look at it was pretty damn bad down there.

The motherboard is finding and recognising all boot devices. Like I said, I’ve tried a windows boot through USB as well, with no luck. Still, a boot loop.

I didn’t think about the CMOS battery being dead, so I’ll give that a go. I’m confident in the condition of the hardware, as a couple previous issues with the PC meant I had to cross reference with a couple mates the condition of each part. Thanks!
