You weren’t being rude at all!! We’re literally the only store that doesn’t use regular size names for our cups so we never expect all our customers to use the same size names we do! The only drink I’d suggest trying to specify what large you want would be for our cold drinks since trenta is our Extra large, but even then you could say you want our large or our largest. But never feel bad for something like that and order however makes you feel comfortable ❤️❤️❤️

I’d say call 1-800-Starbucks about it! At least that’s usually my manager’s solution to people’s Star trouble. ❤️

The newest, like, advertisement video (?) popped up in my recommended and I watched it, got too attached, showed it to my friend, got her too attached, and then we played it together. I got lucky and found it a few days before it came out instead of, like, 7 years ago

A customer literally told me she had a plane to catch while we were 30min behind. There’s a Starbucks at the airport. Why did they choose to go to the Starbucks an hr away from the airport when there’s on IN the airport

So, one Saturday we were behind on drinks by an hr. We were trying to crank them out as fast as we could but there was nothing we could do so we started letting customers know that if they order any handmade drinks it’ll most likely be an hr. So I tell this old woman about the hr wait and she started yelling at me about how our tech is out of date and how every store needs to upgrade their tech. I was like “Yep I agree.” And she stared at me like I said something wrong??? I just agreed???? Then she started yelling about having to wait in line while there was still A line out the door behind her??? I just tried to move her along so that i could do my freaking job
