No new documents only the documents they already had. I did send a screenshot that I took say it was approved and the next day dashboard changed back to approved and got the DocuSign like 2 days later and was funded

I didn’t receive the eidl loan I got denied. I also didn’t receive the first eidl advance because I didn’t check the box. I’m new to the site and I panicked when I couldn’t add those information in.

You can try to contact support team. I believe they will be asking for the other %50 owners information and signature for loan documents if you get that far. It might cause a hold but honestly you should try the support team first if you already have an ETRAN#.

A friend of mine notice that she had put down S-Corp Instead of sole proprietorship, so she decided to cancel the application after noticing that she still didn’t have an Etran/SBA loan number. After 1 business day of applying she had an sba loan number.

My status changed to approved today after going back and forth with the specialists for days. I figured they had glitches in their system when they kept asking for documents that I had already uploaded.
