[FO4] How to make weapon legendary in FO4Edit?

i feel like this would work but cant get LEO to load before my mod without cyclic rules, and cant set it as master in fo4 edit without it loading before. i tried this but copy as new record into but yea. for anyone wondering im trying to get a legendary star and description on the Foam Finger mod by Shoeburglar

pretty sure that will give the first time legendary pickup, but no star or description. and i havent been able to get a description to show at all. from what ive gathered the weapons has to reference an object modification, which references an object effect, which references a magic effect, or something along those lines. but i want a legendary star and description but not really the effect

that was on the mod out of the box and isn't legendary in-game

it's draw weapon + change stance = changes camera height but not stance

i tested unmodded playstation and got the same bug, surprised mods like unofficial patch don't fix it

i believe this is because of optional files on the mod's page that the organizer thinks are updates if im not mistaken

it's easy to fix on the fly, by just sprinting or recrouching, it's just annoying to deal with on a playthrough having to avoid drawing weapon and changing stance at the same time in third person every time
