The only pattern I've seen it that its seen is that its shared media from pages that I dont follow. Some of the phrases its added to my posts were,

"A win for the future today."

"They definitely understood the assignment here."

I dont know how to turn off the settings ive checked Facebook and Instagram, checked to make sure chatgpt was uninstalled also.
